Q. How Much hair do I need for a full sew in?

A.

12-14 inch would require 2-3 bundles
16-20 inch would require 3 bundles
20-24 inch would require 3-4 bundles
26 inch or higher would require 4 or more bundles

How do I wash my hair extensions?

A. For curly textures, we recommend a conditioner at least 3 times a week. For Wavy and Straight textures, we suggest a conditioner wash once a week or as needed.

Q. How do I measure my bundles and lace products?

A. When you receive your curly and wavy bundles, it is very important to know what to expect. Upon arrival, your bundles may appear a bit shorter in length. Fear not! The way that curly and wavy bundles measure are by pulling the curls straight. By pulling the hair straight, you will achieve the accurate length.

Q. Can I make changes to my order after it is placed?

A. Our goal is to ship orders as quickly as possible, so there may not be an opportunity to make order changes. However, you will be issued a store credit if a change is granted before it is shipped. We encourage you to complete your order before the sale ends. Please understand that we will not honor the sale price once it ends. We appreciate your understanding.
